Function Description
- The device is used for the fully automatic electrolyte pumping, sealing, pre-cutting air bags, finishing cutting edge, edging (edging at one side), and perm border forming
Technical Feature
- The pressing plate acts individually to the main part of every battery tab. Independent control is adopted so as to prevent thickness difference in battery tabs
- Straight knife device is equipped so as to avoid electrolyte pollution
- Battery tabs are sealed by independent head
- Every knife has a long service life
- There is automatic monitor for production details in the whole line
