Function Description

  • This device is designed for pipelined work process from drying box to go through the glove box. Generally several boxes combine into a relatively confined space. The isolation between the inside and the outside can be achieved through gloves when operating. Low humidity wind is inlet to the inside box through linked air inlet pipe, thus maintaining the working environment of humidity and cleanness required by the product processing such as electrolyte filling, standing, and pre-sealing, etc.

Technical Feature

  • The glove box adopts separated and modular design, which means that it can be combined as required.
  • The coating and material transfer box is linked to the drying box. Stirrer device and support are included.
  • The working surface is made of stainless iron 304, which is free from corrosion.
  • Cylindrical transitional box is adopted to ensure the inside vacuum up to -90Mpa.
  • Gas spring for two side doors make it convenient to maintain and clean the device.
  • Auto electrolyte mixture system is included to remove air bubbles, and prevent electrolyte drop when electrolyte filling.
